ملخص:
تسعى إدارة المعرفة إلى توظيف المعرفة في المهام الموكلة واكتشاف المعارف الضمنية واستخدامها لصالح المكتبة الجامعية، وبما أنها مؤسسة ذات طابع خدمي فهي تسعى دائما إلى إرضاء مستفيديها من خلال ما تقدمه من خدمات، وهذا يتطلب منها توفير موارد بشرية ذات كفاءة عالية تساهم في أداء رسالة المكتبة وتحقيق أهدافها، ومن هذا المنطلق جاء اختيارنا لموضوع دور اختصاصي المعلومات في إدارة المعرفة بالمكتبات الجامعية الجزائرية، تنبع أهمية هذا البحث من التأكيد على دور اختصاصي المعلومات في تطوير المكتبات الجامعية من خلال ما يمتلكه من معارف وخبرات لأنه وحده القادر على إيصال المعلومات واستخراجها من مصادرها وتوظيفها.
وقد اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تطرقنا في الجانب النظري إلى اختصاصي المعلومات وإدارة المعرفة وكذا المكتبات الجامعية بصفة عامة. وفي جانب الدراسة الميدانية قمنا بدراسة مدى مساهمة اختصاصي المعلومات في إدارة المعرفة بمكتبة الحاج لخضر باتنة، وقد استعملنا الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وفي الأخير توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج بحيث أن المكتبة المركزية لجامعة الحاج لخضر بباتنة تطبق نوعا ما إدارة المعرفة وذلك بالاعتماد على اختصاصي المعلومات باعتباره الدعامة الرئيسية للمكتبات الجامعية.

Résumé:
La gestion des connaissances est à la recherche d'employer des connaissances dans les tâches confiées à la découverte de la connaissance tacite et l'utiliser pour le bénéfice de la bibliothèque de l'université, et notamment avec une institution de service de timbre, il cherche toujours à satisfaire Mstvdia grâce à son service, et cela les oblige à fournir une efficacité élevée RH contribue à la performance du message bibliothèque et atteindre leurs objectifs, et ce point a été notre choix au sujet du rôle de spécialiste de l'information dans les bibliothèques universitaires de gestion des connaissances de l'Algérie, l'importance de cette recherche soulignent le rôle de spécialiste de l'information dans le développement des bibliothèques universitaires à travers ce que possédait la connaissance et de l'expérience parce que lui seul est en mesure de livrer et récupérer des informations à partir de leurs sources et de l'emploi .
Nous avons adopté dans cette étude, l'approche descriptive analytique, où nous avons discuté du côté théorique à un spécialiste de l'information et gestion des connaissances, ainsi que les bibliothèques universitaires en général. A côté de l'étude de terrain, nous avons étudié la contribution du spécialiste de l'information dans la bibliothèque de gestion des connaissances Hadj Lakhdar de Batna, nous avons utilisé un questionnaire comme un outil pour la collecte de données, et dans ce dernier atteint un ensemble de résultats afin que la Bibliothèque centrale de l'Université de Hadj Lakhdar batna applique une gestion peu connaissance et se fondant sur des informations spécialisées comme le pilier principal des bibliothèques universitaires.

Abstract:
Knowledge management is seeking to employ knowledge in the tasks entrusted to the discovery of tacit knowledge and use it for the benefit of the university library, and including it with a service stamp institution it is always striving to satisfy Mstvdia through its service, and this requires them to provide high efficiency HR contributes to the performance of the library message and achieve their goals, and this point was our choice to the subject of the role of specialist information in knowledge management university libraries of Algeria, The importance of this research emphasize the role of specialist information in the development of university libraries through what possessed the knowledge and experience because he alone is able to deliver and retrieve information from their sources and employment .
We have adopted in this study, the analytical descriptive approach, where we discussed the theoretical side to a specialist information and knowledge management, as well as university libraries in general. At the side of the field study, we studied the contribution of specialist information in knowledge management library Hadj Lakhdar Batna, we have used a questionnaire as a tool for data collection, and in the latter reached a set of results so that the Central Library of the University of Hadj Lakhdar Bbatnh apply somewhat knowledge management and relying on specialist information as the main pillar of university libraries.
